We're looking for an enthusiastic Customer Support Specialist to join our team and be fully responsible for proposing solutions (via email and chat) to questions raised by our customers within the Polish and UK market on payments, invoicing, account management, and our products, by researching and explaining our services.
You will be part of our Customer Care team and will be in charge of guiding and helping the users with any queries they might have and evaluating the updates to our products to recommend possible improvements.
- At least 1 year of experience in Customer Care or in a similar position;
- Full professional proficiency in Polish and English;
- Remarkable enthusiasm and willingness to support a scale-up during its growth phase;
- Exceptional soft skills and team spirit.
- Previous experience in start-up, and scale-up working environments.
