Head of Agency (Remote)

Your mission
We're looking for an enthusiastic Head of Agency to join our team and take full responsibility for defining and scaling the agency partner strategy and leading cross-functional execution to grow engagement, retention, and revenue through our agency ecosystem.
You will be reporting to the Head of Customer Success and will be in charge of the following:
- Managing, coaching, and supporting the Partner Success and Partnerships team across brands to ensure aligned and consistent outreach and relationship management;
- Designing and launching scalable agency programs such as certifications, tiered benefit models, onboarding kits, and incentive/referral schemes;
- Leading all agency-related marketing and enablement activities (e.g. co-branded materials, newsletters, webinars, templates, LMS content, landing pages), in collaboration with central Marketing;
- Creating and executing outreach strategies (cold email, LinkedIn, event leads), including template creation, onboarding flows, and testing new channels to acquire and activate new agency partners;
- Acting as the main point of contact for all agency-related initiatives across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Legal, and Support teams

- Building community among agency partners via Slack, online events, and meetups to foster long-term relationships and feedback loops;
- Organizing and attending relevant industry events and agency meetups to represent the brand and grow visibility;
- Tracking key KPIs around agency growth, usage, engagement, and revenue contribution, with regular reporting to leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a partner, channel, or agency management role (SaaS industry strongly preferred);
- Strong track record of creating and scaling structured programs across multiple regions or brands;
- Experience leading small, high-impact teams in international and remote environments;
- Excellent project management, stakeholder coordination, and communication skills;
- Comfortable wearing multiple hats—strategy, operations, coaching, and hands-on execution;
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Added values
- Experience operating across the European and US markets, with awareness of cultural and legal differences;
- Familiarity with basic HTML, CMSs, CRM platforms, or digital agency operations;
- Ability to create impactful marketing and enablement materials from scratch (or collaborate closely with designers);
- Experience with live or digital event planning (e.g., webinars, workshops, community building);
- Background in legal-tech, compliance, or B2B SaaS marketing is a plus;
- Additional language skills (especially German, Italian, or Spanish).
Location
At iubenda we believe in full-remote. Accordingly, you will be completely free and entitled to work from wherever you prefer in the world. At the same time, in case you prefer to work from an office, at your disposal you have our Italian (Milan and Bologna) and German (Berlin and Hamburg) offices, to allow you to follow a hybrid work model.
