Your mission

We're looking for an enthusiastic Director of Growth Revenue to join our team and take full responsibility for leading the Growth Marketing team and for further boosting the acquisition, activation, and retention for iubenda's solutions.

You will be reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer and will be in charge of the following:
- Guiding and mentoring the Growth Marketing team (made up of the PPC, Email marketing, and SEO functions);
- Omogenizing the way the department operates by: unifying and synchronizing tools; setting up automations, and building insightful dashboards;
- Ensuring the communication with prospects and current customers adheres to high standards, to maintain churn low, and to increase the current user base;
- Increasing ROAS across all paid media campaigns through continuous testing, optimization, and strategic investment decisions;
- Develop and implement a unified reporting system to improve tracking, visibility, and decision-making across all growth channels.


Requirements

- At least 7 years of experience in a managerial role related to Lifecycle Marketing, CRM Management, Growth Marketing, or in a similar role, with a proven track record of success;
- Solid experience in leading small-sized teams of marketing professionals; 
- Strong experience in subscription-based SaaSs;
- Strong experience with CRMs and reporting tools such as Amplitude and HubSpot marketing;
- Experience in building workflows, automations, and dashboards
- Good understanding of PPC campaign dynamics;
- High proficiency in English.
