🎯 Mission & Core Purpose

We are looking for a SaaS Revenue Business Analyst who will act as a strategic advisor to company leaders and play a key role in discussing both current and forecasted performance with team.blue (the group we are part of).
Your mission will be to continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize key SaaS KPIs (MRR, churn, volume), helping us maximize growth opportunities and enhance the customer lifecycle.


💼 Key Responsibilities

• Leading the monthly closing, reporting, and analysis of all SaaS KPIs related to Revenue and MRR Snowballs.

• Supporting the Business Controller Director and the CEO with monthly performance analysis and presentations for the business review with the group stakeholders' leadership.

• Owning the MRR Snowball and Revenue forecasts for Budget and Forecast cycles, including loading them into group software.

• Managing Marketing costs (ads and others) and MRR, working closely with the CMO to ensure alignment with budget and targets.

• Partnering with acquired companies during M&A activity to establish an MRR Snowball Source of Truth (SoT).

• Addressing ad-hoc group questions on trends and performance.

• Conducting ongoing and ad-hoc analyses of customer acquisition, churn, retention, and expansion metrics.

• Serving as a trusted advisor, supporting strategic and operational decisions with data-driven insights.

• Proactively flagging risks, diagnosing root causes, and proposing initiatives to improve conversion, retention, and revenue performance.

• Managing multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.

👤 Your Profile

You are highly organized, have strong communication skills, and are equally at ease engaging with the CEO, team.blue leadership, and your immediate team. You take full ownership of your activities and are the go-to person for anything related to MRR performance. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can handle shifting priorities with tight deadlines without missing a beat.


💡 Experience & Skills

• At least 5 years of experience in a Revenue Business Analyst or FP&A-related role, ideally in SaaS business models;

• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics and KPIs;

• Proven experience working with AI tools (e.g., Claude or similar);

• Comfortable owning the numbers, spotting patterns, and proposing initiatives that anticipate challenges and unlock growth;

• Ability to simplify and clearly present complex findings to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership;

• Flexible mindset and ability to effectively handle multitasking in a dynamic environment;

• Full professional proficiency in English.

🌐 Location

At iubenda we believe in remote-first work. While you can work from anywhere in Mauritius, we encourage regular in-person collaboration at our Port Louis office, typically once per week.
This role involves working with the team on CET hours, meaning your schedule will align with this time zone to ensure smooth collaboration.
